Terms and Conditions for Spiritual Advisory Sessions

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of spiritual advisory sessions provided by Miss AJ Williams. By booking and participating in these sessions, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully before booking your session.

2. Service Description
Miss AJ Williams offers spiritual advisory sessions, including but not limited to astrology, tarot readings, spiritual wellness guidance, and energy healing. These services are intended for spiritual and personal growth purposes only.

3. Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
• All advice, insights, and guidance provided during the session are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
• You are responsible for your well-being and any actions or decisions you make based on the guidance received.

4. Payment and Fees

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. The remaining session payment is due in full 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of your session fee.
• Miss AJ Williams reserves the right to reschedule sessions in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice given to the client.

6. Confidentiality

• All sessions are confidential. Miss AJ Williams will not disclose any information shared during the session without the client’s explicit consent unless required by law.
• Clients are also expected to respect the confidentiality of any personal information shared by Miss AJ Williams during the session.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Miss AJ Williams shall not be held liable for any outcomes or decisions made based on the guidance provided during spiritual advisory sessions.
• Services are offered as spiritual and inspirational support, and no guarantees are made regarding the results of the sessions.

8. Age Requirement

• Clients must be 18 years of age or older to participate in spiritual advisory sessions. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

9. Health and Well-being

• Spiritual advisory sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you have any health concerns, please consult with a licensed medical or mental health professional.

10. Recording and Use of Content

• Sessions may not be recorded or shared without prior consent from Miss AJ Williams.
• Miss AJ Williams reserves the right to use anonymized insights or themes from sessions for educational purposes, but no personally identifiable information will be disclosed.

11. Right to Refuse Service

• Miss AJ Williams reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at her discretion. If a session is terminated, a refund may be provided at her discretion.

12. Agreement to Terms
By booking and participating in a spiritual advisory session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
